Our staff is always at your disposal to give you all the information about the correct use of the equipment and the benefits of the treatments specially designed for you.

Access is not allowed to pregnant women and those who have submitted or still have cardiovascular diseases (including hypertension and arterial hypotension, heart disease, venous insufficiency of the lower limbs), respiratory (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, emphysema or other inflammatory diseases of the airways), posthumous traumas, who have undergone recent surgeries, inflammatory diseases in progress, epilepsy, febrile states , infectious diseases at the expense of the skin or suffering from other relevant pathologies.

The use of Finnish sauna and Turkish Hammam is contraindicated in case of: cardiovascular diseases, hypotension, lower limb varices, pregnancy, kidney failure, ongoing menstrual cycle, candida infection, febrile states, inflammatory phenomena in general, acute or resolving wounds, acute or chronic respiratory failure, alcoholic intoxication or from exciting substances in the hours before the sauna.

The entrance is to be considered unique. Once logged in, it is not allowed to leave the property and re-access it using the same booking.

At the entrance you can choose to buy the "SPA kit" consisting of: bathrobe, slippers, towel .

Carry out the treatment after an accurate shower (no soap) all over the body (in the changing room area) and after rinsing the feet with antifungal solution (before entering and before leaving the structure where there is the special foot basin).

It is forbidden to use various personal creams, oils and ointments.

It is compulsory to take a shower before entering the Hydromassage tub.

It is forbidden to blow your nose, urinate and spit in water.

It is forbidden to enter into the tub with disposable slippers.

Outside food consumption is not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the entire structure.

It is forbidden to carry your personal effects and any metal objects during the treatment.

It is forbidden to dive. For access to the hydromassage tub use the appropriate handrails and ladders.

It is compulsory to use the appropriate towel inside the Finnish sauna and the Halotherapy room. It is not allowed in the Turkish Hammam.

Access is allowed from the age of 18.

It is necessary to keep a behavior respectful of the relax and sense of decorum of others. Undignified shouting and attitudes will not be tolerated, staff are allowed to drive out offenders without anything being due.

At the end check that you have not forgotten personal items inside the lockers.

The Management disclaims all responsibility for any theft, loss or damage of personal objects within the structure, including storage lockers, and it is not recommended to leave valuables. The Management reserves the right to remove at any time those who do not comply with these Rules.

The Management does not provide for any kind of reimbursement in the event of a temporary technical failure.

The structure uses video surveillance systems for the purpose of ensuring safety. The images are viewed exclusively by video surveillance officers and can only be consulted by the staff appointed by the judicial authority. The processing is carried out pursuant to art.13 d.lgs.196/2013.
