How to reach the hotel by car?

Where do I park my car in Montecatini Terme?

 

Hotel Ariston does not have parking. You can park on the street in the blue spaces for a fee, taking advantage of the daily rate reserved for hotel guests (€3.10). To receive the ticket to be left displayed in the car, it is necessary to leave the license plate number at the Reception. Our staff will be able to issue the ticket combined with the license plate number only upon the customer's arrival and not before. This is because on the blue spaces you pay from 8:00 to 20:00 and consequently, depending on the time of arrival, even if at a reduced rate, even this same ticket may not be convenient for the customer.

 

Alternatively, 400 meters from Hotel Ariston there is a large free car park, the Marconi. If you want to know the route from google maps here it is  

 

 

How to do with the "ZTL" in Montecatini Terme?

 

In some periods of the year, a Limited Traffic Zone is active in Montecatini Terme at the following times: every day from 11.00pm to 6.00am, Sundays and public holidays from 3.00pm to 7.30pm. However, hotel guests can pass through to reach them. Tell us your license plate and we will issue the permit online.


Do we have to pay the City Tax in Montecatini Terme?

 

Yes. The city tax amounts to €1.40 per person per night. All our estimates are always excluding tourist tax.

 


What are the check-in and check-out times?

 

The rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure. The hotel promotes the practice of pre-check-in.

 

 

Is the reception of the Ariston hotel always open? Can I come back in the evening when I want?

 

Yes, a receptionist is also on duty at night to make us welcome 24/7.

 

 

Does Hotel Ariston have free WiFi?

 

 Yes, you will find the password clearly visible at the front office upon your arrival.


Do the rooms have carpet?

 

No. The rooms have all been renovated, however some photos posted in the past by our customers are still visible online.

 

Is it possible to have a cot for my baby?

 

Yes of course but always by reservation. Contact us for a customized offer with this supplement.

 

Are there non-smoking rooms available?

 

All our rooms are non-smoking. However, we do have rooms with balconies that could solve this problem for you. However, they can only be booked by contacting us directly.


What about my pets? Does Hotel Ariston accept them?

 

Yes, our hotel accepts small pets, but they will not be able to enter the restaurant. The hotel requires a flat-rate supplement for final cleaning which varies according to the season and length of stay.
